Rescheduling Policy:
- You may modify your booking once within 7 days of the initial reservation. Further changes will result in cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit—no exceptions.
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations, modifications, or rescheduling must be completed at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
Tardiness:
- Arriving more than 15 minutes late will incur an additional late fee. If you are more than 20 minutes late, you may need to reschedule your service and a new deposit will be required.
